I just finished reading this second edition. Absolute must have for anyone battling BED. I thought this was a great book on binge eating that comes with a good treatment plan. I recommend this user-friendly book wholeheartedly. The programme is based upon an enhanced form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, designed to help the reader break the christpher associated with their binge eating, which has been developed and updated after years of clinical research. It was comforting to know that the plan would be followed the same way whether you were an inpatient, outpatient or receiving no mental health support at all.
