Also for the science geek in me, it’s also just interesting to see how the process of making each kind of cheese varies. She really is the cheese queen – but some of the recipes don’t match to the recipes on her website, creating confusion as to which version to use, and I wish the book had more pictures which is why I mainly use the website.
