Not directly from what I was watching but the implications of the mathematical make up of the wave you can’t see or measure. Variable speed inverters offer a fine control of flow which can be fully automated, with the added benefit that maintenance is reduced because, unlike the valves and dampers they replace, there are no moving parts.
However it does nothing to prevent someone from being electrocuted by the leads if they should come in contact with them while they are not connected to the battery.
