My goal is to provide balanced options for players or for dms to make interesting npcs. The good news for the GM is that all these ELs are nicely summarised in tables at the back of the book along with other charts.

I honestly prefer toc that don’t look fancy that have hyperlinks, when shuffling for content in a large supplement its a lot faster to just click “home” on your keybord and then select what you want to read, and then click home again. However, maps are permitted when they are accompanied by enough detail to easily be used to run a short adventure or are accompanied by enough narrative detail.
