Ensler brings variety into her tapestry of the experience of being a girl in this modern world while at the same time highighting the universality of this experience, of shared girlhood But it would behoove her to let the women she has traveled around the world and found so “beautiful” speak for themselves, instead of theatrically adapting their words.
And many more questions. There are expectations that come with being pretty rather than being funny, which she used to be. However, it is difficult for me to say that I am an Emotional Creature didn’t have some writing issues. Engagement is always the first step to involvement and change for the better.
